Delve, the studio.

A cozy and consciously tended repurposed grain-bin studio, warmed by a vintage wood stove. Privately located near Denzil, Saskatchewan, offering heartfully guided private yoga, mindfulness, art and hydrotherapy mini-retreats. Guests also have the option to embrace nature and enjoy their retreat in rUted's outdoor space.

Outdoor yoga

Guests have the option to kick out of their synthetics and practice barefoot in rUted yoga's outdoor space! Ground into nature and embrace the benefits available from earthing. rUted's outdoor practice space is tucked away behind the studio surrounded by pine, poplar and maple trees and is home to
many song birds. Now offering grounding mats!

About

whos the woman behind rUted yoga?

Trish DeSchryver offers a warm and nurturing space where breath, expression and presence come together to support a deeper mind-body-heart connection. With a thoughtful and compassionate approach, she guides others through gentle yoga and mindfulness, creating experiences that are both grounding and meaningful.

 

As an experienced registered yoga teacher (RYT 500, E-RYT 200), and a mindfulness coach, Trish is deeply committed to continual growth—not just as a teacher, but as a lifelong student. She holds certifications in trauma-informed yoga, yoga nidra, mindfulness, adaptive yoga, yin, and restorative yoga, along with additional training in various healing modalities.

 

Beyond yoga, Trish is a wife, parent, grandparent, auntie and friend as well as a registered Counselling Therapist with the Association of Counselling Therapy of Alberta (2811), bringing over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and families. She believes in the power of compassionate presence and the wisdom that unfolds when we create space to listen, feel, and simply be.
