Breathwork + Meditation is created to support you in cultivating inner peace and balance in a chaotic world. Through conscious breathing techniques and guided meditation, you'll learn to quiet your mind, soothe your body, and connect with your inner self. Each class will leave you feeling relaxed, renewed, and more resilient to face life's challenges.

Restorative yoga enables deep relaxation as you rest in poses for longer periods of time with multiple props to completely hold and support you.
